Andrew began his career in aerospace, working with leading space companies like SpaceX and Blue Origin. There he learned how to develop world class products, scale teams, and deliver with an obsessive focus on quality and customer satisfaction. What started as a passion project flipping his own home sparked his love for interior design. One house led to another, staging became an integral part of the process, and eventually Andrew made the leap to turn this passion into his life's work. Today he leads S.H Home Staging and Design with the same precision, creativity, and drive that shaped his aerospace career. Outside of work you'll likely find Andrew doing CrossFit, playing tennis, exploring new destinations, or challenging anyone brave enough to a game of Connect 4 (fair warning: he plays to win). And as Anuj likes to remind everyone and will never let Andrew forget, he was once the best intern Anuj ever had.

Trained as an aerospace engineer, Anuj's career spans across industries from aviation to private equity, giving him a unique perspective on building and scaling successful organizations. He has played a key role in guiding several businesses through growth, combining strategic financial planning with a hands on approach to problem solving. Beyond his professional achievements, Anuj values family and community deeply. He is married with two children and has strong ties to Washington, where his wife was born and raised in Seattle.

She brings years of experience in interior design, building long lasting customer relationships, and managing high performing teams in the corporate and non profit realm. Her unique approach combines aesthetic instinct, business acumen, and organizational precision, helping clients transform properties into standout listings that attract attention and drive value. From managing operational timelines and executing contracts to perfecting every fine detail, Kate ensures that each staging installation is executed flawlessly and with purpose. She works diligently with the team to transform ordinary spaces into unforgettable first impressions, helping clients sell faster, smarter, and with style. A native New Yorker, Kate frequently spends her time traveling to the East Coast with her two sons and is always on the lookout for great art and design inspiration.
